Paid advertising · Google and Meta

Spend that comes back as enquiries.

Ads are the fastest way to buy attention and the fastest way to waste money. The difference is almost never the ad account. It is what happens in the thirty seconds after the click.

Most campaigns are judged on the wrong number.

Clicks, impressions and cost per click are easy to report and easy to improve without making the business a cent. The numbers that matter are enquiries, booked work and what that work was worth.

So we treat the ad, the landing page and the follow-up as one system. Break any link in it and the spend leaks.

01 / INTENT

Buy the right attention

Targeting built around people close to a decision, rather than the cheapest audience available.

02 / LANDING

Send them somewhere that converts

A landing experience that matches the promise in the ad and removes the doubt that stops the enquiry.

03 / PROOF

Measure to the enquiry

Conversion tracking that follows the money, so you can tell which campaigns deserve more and which should stop.

Campaigns run properly.

The channel mix depends on how your buyers behave. Most engagements involve some combination of the following.

SEARCH

Google Ads

Capturing demand that already exists, structured around the searches that signal genuine buying intent.

SOCIAL

Meta Ads

Creating demand and staying present with the audiences most likely to need you next.

CREATIVE

Ads worth clicking

Copy and creative that say something specific, because generic ads get expensive quickly.

LANDING

Pages built to convert

Purpose-built landing pages designed alongside the campaign, rather than borrowed from the website.

TRACKING

Honest measurement

Conversion tracking, call tracking and CRM connection, so results are attributed to something real.

MANAGEMENT

Active optimisation

Ongoing testing, budget shifts and reporting that explains what happened in plain language.

Ads amplify. They do not rescue.

If the offer is unclear, the proof is thin or the follow-up is slow, advertising makes those problems more expensive rather than solving them. We will tell you if that is what we see, even when it means a smaller engagement.

It is also worth knowing where paid spend is doing real work and where it is simply intercepting demand you had already earned. Brand-name search is often the biggest culprit. We would rather find that early than quietly bill for it.

Straight answers.

What budget do we need?

It depends on your market, your margins and how competitive the auction is. We will give you an honest read on whether a proposed budget can realistically produce results in your category before you commit to it.

Who owns the ad accounts?

You do. Accounts are set up in your name with your billing wherever possible. If we stop working together, the account, the history and the data stay with you.

Is the management fee separate from ad spend?

Yes. Ad spend goes to Google or Meta. The management fee covers strategy, build, creative, optimisation and reporting, and is quoted separately.

How quickly will we see results?

Search campaigns can produce enquiries within the first weeks. Social usually needs a longer learning period. Early data is for learning from, not for judging.

Do we need a new landing page?

Often, yes. Sending paid traffic to a general homepage is the most common reason campaigns underperform. Whether it is needed is confirmed in scope.
