Ask when goodwill peaks
The request goes out when the customer is happiest, not weeks later once the feeling has faded.
Reviews and reputation
Almost nobody chooses a business on the strength of its website alone. They check what other people said first. Your review profile is doing the selling whether you manage it or not.
What changes
Happy customers rarely leave reviews unprompted. Unhappy ones almost always do. Left alone, a profile drifts towards a thin, dated and unrepresentative picture of the business.
Fixing it is not complicated, but it does have to be systematic. Ask every customer, ask at the right moment, make it effortless, and respond publicly to what comes back.
The request goes out when the customer is happiest, not weeks later once the feeling has faded.
One tap through to the right profile. Every extra step loses a share of the people who were willing.
Considered replies to praise and criticism alike, because future buyers read the replies as closely as the reviews.
Verified results
These are the verified numbers from a single reactivation and review campaign, current as at 9 August 2026. We publish the uncomfortable columns beside the good ones, because a reputation service that hides its own numbers is not worth hiring.
1,000 customers contacted. 771 conversations. 171 buying signals. 10 bookings. The Google profile moved from 66 to 159 reviews at 4.9 stars.
The honest column: 55 opt-outs, 2 spam complaints, and zero ACMA complaints. Campaigns are delivered through ReviewProsper, our campaign system.
What is included

Google Business Profile and the other platforms that matter in your category, kept complete and current.
Timely, considered public responses, including a clear approach to the difficult ones.

Consent-based contact, correct opt-out handling and platform-compliant requests throughout.
Questions
No. Nobody legitimately can, and anyone promising it is either misleading you or planning something that breaches platform rules. What we can do is respond well, and generate enough genuine recent reviews that one bad experience stops defining the business.
Asking is allowed on the major platforms. Incentivising reviews or filtering for positive ones is not, and we do not do it. Every customer gets the same request.
No. You export the contacts you want included and send them across. It is an export, not access. You keep control of your systems, and we will sign an NDA before you send anything.
Older lists still perform, often surprisingly well. What matters is that the contacts consented to hear from you, and that the business gave them a reason to remember it.
Google first, for almost every Australian business, then whatever else genuinely influences buyers in your category.
Tell us where the business stands today and we will show you what a full profile could look like.
